Having built the first NZHL Head Office ten years previously, Downey Construction Ltd were again commissioned to relocate this now national company into a much larger premises. An existing older building was extensively modified and transformed into a modern and stylish new head office fit for one of New Zealand’s leading Home Loan providers.

This relocation included earthquake strengthening and the complete overhaul of all systems and services and included the construction of an attached multi-level parking building.
