A very functional and appealing office building designed & built by Downey Construction Ltd. With an elevated location to make the most of the view the foundation had to be extensive to anchor this building to the hillside.

The very contemporary styling with large cantilevered floors and simplistic forms all add to the commanding stance presented by this building when viewed from the landscape below.
