This is the third building Downey Construction has built for Waikato Milking Systems, beginning with its original Head Office more than ten years ago.

Located in Horotiu, a large manufacturing facility was built to enable the company to bring different facets of their business under the one roof. Warehousing, production space and a new Head Office formed the second stage of the construction project.
