One of NZ’s largest non-manufacturing warehouse buildings at 50,000m2. Built to eliminate multiple rental buildings for Fonterra therefore reducing massive overhead costs.

A fast-track build, sometimes working 24 hours a day. Built solely for milk powder storage, this inland port incorporates a rail tunnel through the building to allow loading of trains for distribution to either Auckland or Tauranga for shipping throughout the world.
